Revitalize is a small business with only two employees, though we strive to be as accessible to patients and providers as possible. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a detailed message and we will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Revitalize is proud to offer same or next day appointment availability. 

We are located inside Vancouver Direct Primary Care. There is a free parking lot next to the building.

 

Upon arrival, please check in at the Revitalize kiosk and a clinician will come and meet you in the waiting room.
